The Marketing Analytics Manager is a strategic storyteller who transforms data into actionable insights to support decision-making across various campaigns, channels, and customer segments. This role involves managing marketing performance metrics, attribution modeling, and forecasting. You will play a crucial role in optimizing marketing investments and improving conversions within the GTM funnel. What you'll do: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor marketing KPIs across paid media, email, events, and additional channels Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates, customer acquisition, and retention Lead marketing attribution efforts and build models to understand channel impact Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Finance) to align marketing goals with business objectives Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize performance Present findings to senior leadership with clarity and strategic insight Stay current on analytics tools, trends, and best practices What you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Statistics, or a related field (master’s preferred) 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau/Power BI, SQL, and Excel Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo) Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and attribution models Excellent communication skills—able to translate data into compelling stories Curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning and experimentation Experience with predictive modeling and machine learning techniques Familiarity with customer segmentation and lifecycle analysis Prior work in e-commerce, SaaS, or high-growth startups Where: Remote, US The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely.
