The floor supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the food and beverage service on match days at The new Everton Stadium in Bramley Moore Dock in Liverpool.
This role involves supervising a team of staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining the efficiency of food and beverage operations. The Floor Supervisor will ensure that all premium restaurants and bars are running efficiently and staff are properly trained, and guests receive prompt and friendly service, all while adhering to the Aramark health & safety standards.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure you are fully aware of the importance of all allergens passed on from supervisor/manager on match-days. Any special dietaries or intolerances is addressed following the Aramark standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of food and beverage assistants, ensuring they are delivering excellent customer service, following proper procedures, and maintaining a clean work environment
  • Provide ongoing training to new and existing staff on food and beverage procedures, customer service, and safety standards.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels during events, ensuring that food, beverages, and supplies are replenished in a timely manner to avoid shortages or delays.
  • Work with the management team to plan and coordinate service for large crowds during match-days, ensuring all restaurants and bars are prepared for high-demand periods.
  • Work closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient service throughout the event.
  • Ensure licencing and alcohol policies are adhered to at all times (Challenge 25)
