Responsibilities

Timely and SalonBiz serve over 24,000 customers in 100 countries and are on a mission to build the leading platform for beauty professionals. Together we make up EverWell, an EverCommerce vertical. We offer SaaS solutions to a variety of customer sizes and types within the beauty industry, and we’ve got big goals and are ready to achieve them.

Your primary objective is to engage potential and existing customers for Everwell through building and managing global marketing programs and campaigns to increase conversion of trialists, existing customer cross-sell and upsell growth. You will work closely with cross-functional team members to deliver exceptional experiences that showcase the value of our products and features to drive adoption and revenue growth.
You’re a customer-centric marketer who is a confident communicator and has demonstrable success driving growth programs and campaigns. You’re both a data-driven and creative thinker, who has an obsessive focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.

(Some) What you’ll do.

  • Lifting assisted and unassisted trial conversion through optimisations to the trial experience
  • Drive promotional and offer campaigns in collaboration with regional marketing team members
  • Work with product marketing teams to effectively new bring products and features to market
  • Drive more effective and efficient marketing through insight led reporting & analysis in collaboration with automation, data & operations team members
