The Role We are currently recruiting an Operative to work in the Kill and Evis department at Manor Farm. This is a hands-on role working in a fast-paced production environment, supporting safe and efficient processing operations. Monday: 05:50 – 14:40 Tuesday – Thursday: 05:50 – 14:10 Friday – 05:50 – 13:40 Key Responsibilities Working on the production line within the kill and evisceration area (poultry processing). Following strict food safety, hygiene and animal welfare procedures. Handling and moving products safely and hygienically. Using tools and equipment as required (training provided). Follow daily production plans, meeting production targets and working as part of a team. About You Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential. A good standard of English is essential. A positive, reliable team player with strong communication skills. Good numeracy, organisational, and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to learn and take initiative.
