The EVP - Enterprise Sales and Expansion is a highly strategic and results driven executive responsible for leading Baker Hill’s new customer acquisition strategy. This role oversees a team of sales leaders and account executives focused exclusively on generating new business across the financial services market. The EVP will drive growth, expand market penetration, and ensure Baker Hill consistently meets or exceeds annual new logo revenue targets. As a member of the Sales Leadership Team, this individual will shape go to market strategy, optimize sales processes, strengthen competitive positioning, and cultivate a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and precision. Primary Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy * Own the new logo revenue strategy, including targeting, segmentation, territory design, and pipeline development. * Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing sales organization consisting of RVPs, AEs, and supporting roles. * Set quarterly and annual sales targets; track performance using data driven KPIs. * Build scalable operating rhythms for forecasting, pipeline reviews, deal coaching, and account planning. New Business Acquisition * Drive execution of a disciplined sales process to identify, qualify, negotiate, and close enterprise level deals with financial institutions. * Oversee development of competitive win strategies, pricing recommendations, and contract negotiation approaches. * Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Sales Engineering, and Executive Leadership to align on new logo priorities and go to market motions. Cross Functional Collaboration * Collaborate with the SVP of Product Management, Product Marketing, Services, and Client Success to ensure market alignment and strong pre to post sale execution. * Partner with Marketing to refine demand generation programs, campaign targeting, and event strategy for new business growth. * Serve as an executive level contact with prospects, representing Baker Hill at industry events, conferences, and advisory groups. Market & Competitive Intelligence * Stay informed on competitive trends, shifting buyer expectations, regulatory influences, and technology advancements in the financial services industry. * Use market intelligence to help shape Baker Hill’s positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies. Operational Excellence * Ensure CRM accuracy and pipeline integrity according to Baker Hill sales standards. * Foster a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement. * Provide executive reporting on performance, risks, and opportunities Qualifications Required * 12+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including managing teams focused on complex B2B software sales. * Proven success leading organizations responsible for new logo acquisition, ideally in fintech or enterprise SaaS. * Demonstrated track record of exceeding multi million dollar annual revenue targets. * Expertise in enterprise sales methodologies (Challenger, Value Based Selling, Solution Selling, etc.). * Experience selling into financial institutions (banks, credit unions, fintech partners). * Outstanding executive presence, communication, and relationship building skills. * Strong analytical, forecasting, and strategic planning capabilities. * SAFe Agilist (SA) certification required to lead Agile transformation and foster an agile mindset; or must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.  Preferred * Prior leadership experience in lending, credit, analytics, digital banking, or related financial technology sectors. * Experience scaling sales teams during phases of high organizational growth. * Background collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Services leadership to refine GTM strategy.
