As an Environmental Services Technician, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the health and comfort of our patients, staff, and visitors. What You’ll Do Clean and service patient rooms, bathrooms, labs, offices, and common areas with professionalism and attention to detail Manage linen supply: deliver clean linens and remove soiled items for laundering Safely handle and dispose of cleaning supplies and equipment Maintain a clean, organized work area Support infection control protocols and attend training as scheduled Represent Star Valley Health positively on campus and in the community Perform other duties as assigned Requirements What We’re Looking For Skills & Abilities Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong multitasking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Respectful and professional demeanor around patients Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift Regular lifting: up to 20 lbs Occasional lifting: up to 75 lbs Experience & Education High school diploma or GED preferred Prior commercial cleaning experience a plus Strong work ethic and attention to detail Note: Position descriptions are intended to serve as a guideline for typical duties and requirements of a position, but are not inclusive.
