            Responsibilities

            We are seeking a Finance and Business Support Manager to join our Event Hospitality and Entertainment family.
            This role is based in Queenstown and is responsible for one of our hotels in Queenstown
            We are currently seeking an individual who has completed a tertiary level qualification at a recognised institution in Accounting/Commerce/Hospitality/Business and who has had some experience in a similar role.
            The position of Finance and Business Support Manager is a very “hands on” role encompassing both processing tasks and management accounting.
            Key responsibilities include all the below functions at the hotel :
            -
            - Monthly financial and management reporting
            -
            - Management of the general ledger eg bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations
            -
            - Accounts payable
            -
            - Accounts receivable
            -
            - Cashiering consolidation
            -
            - Payroll – including the associated reporting
            -
            - Weekly and adhoc reporting
