The Opportunity As Resource Manager for Employee Experience Europe, you will be responsible for the day-to-day allocation of consulting resources across the region, ensuring that client needs and business priorities are supported with the right skills at the right time. This is a senior individual contributor role, working closely with consultants, managers, and senior leaders to manage demand across both active projects and the pipeline, while maintaining strong utilisation, margins, and delivery quality. You will also translate resourcing data into clear insights to support workforce planning, capacity decisions, and risk management, contributing to a structured and transparent resourcing process supported by modern tools. The role requires a strong understanding of business services, the ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrix environment, and confidence in influencing senior stakeholders while upholding high standards of quality and governance.   What will you do? Primary Accountability: Day-to-Day Resourcing Execution * Own the end-to-end deployment of consulting resources across sold client work, active opportunities, and priority internal initiatives * Maintain real-time visibility of regional demand and capacity, proactively identifying conflicts, risks, and trade-offs * Ensure work is staffed with appropriately skilled and leveled colleagues to optimize margin, delivery quality, client satisfaction, and budget adherence * Actively prioritize resourcing decisions when demand exceeds supply, balancing commercial, client, and talent considerations * Make day-to-day resourcing decisions informed by service complexity, delivery risk, and client context, not just availability or utilization targets Secondary Accountability: Workforce Planning & Forward View * Translate utilization, pipeline, and capacity data into clear insights that inform short- and medium-term workforce planning * Identify emerging skill gaps, over- or under-utilization trends, and deployment risks, escalating recommendations to leadership * Partner with regional leadership to inform hiring, redeployment, cross-region staffing, and upskilling decisions  * Support scenario planning to assess the impact of demand surges, project changes, or attrition and define mitigation options  * Use service-level understanding to inform workforce planning assumptions, including skill mix, leverage models, and future capability requirements Executive Stakeholder Management & Insight Delivery  * Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing clear, structured, and executive-ready insights to support decision-making  * Communicate complex resourcing concepts succinctly, with strong attention to detail, consistency, and quality control  * Navigate competing stakeholder priorities with confidence, influence, and sound judgment * Build durable relationships through regular engagement, transparency, and collaborative problem-solving Process Excellence, Governance & Integrity  * Drive adoption and consistent use of the regional resourcing process and supporting business resourcing tools  * Champion disciplined data quality, compliance, and governance while operating at pace  * Continuously improve resourcing practices, reporting, and ways of working based on feedback and outcomes  * Uphold the highest standards of integrity, ethics, confidentiality, and data security when handling sensitive business and client information Collaboration Across Regions  * Collaborate closely with counterpart Resource Managers in North America and Asia Pacific to maximize access to global skills and capacity  * Enable cross-region resourcing solutions that balance local needs with broader business efficiency  * Share insights, best practices, and lessons learned to improve consistency and maturity of resourcing globally  Service Understanding & Demand Translation  * Develop and maintain a deep, working understanding of the services, offerings, and delivery models across the Employee Experience business  * Partner closely with growth leaders, sellers, and delivery leads to understand how services are sold, delivered, and scaled, including typical team structures, skill mixes, and demand drivers  * Translate service-level knowledge into practical resourcing decisions, ensuring day-to-day staffing reflects the realities of delivery complexity, risk, and client expectations  * Apply service insights to anticipate demand patterns, skill concentration risks, and emerging capability needs, strengthening both immediate deployment decisions and forward-looking workforce planning  * Continuously build knowledge of how services evolve over time, incorporating changes in offerings, delivery approaches, or client demand into resourcing strategy and recommendations Talent Enablement & Inclusive Allocation  * Develop a deep understanding of consultant skills, experience, and career aspirations  * Enable access to varied, stretching, and development-oriented assignments while maintaining utilization discipline  * Promote fair, inclusive, and transparent allocation practices across levels, geographies, and backgrounds Act as an advocate for talent in resourcing and leadership discussions
