Key Responsibilities: Prepare the exam hall: Arrange question papers, answer sheets, stationery, and seating. Verify candidates: Check identity (Aadhaar/biometric/manual) and guide them to seats; ensure no restricted items like phones or notes. Monitor exams & prevent cheating: Supervise students, maintain silence, and ensure smooth conduct. Manage time & communication: Announce start, halfway, and end times; address candidate queries professionally. Handle special situations: Respond calmly to emergencies, technical issues, or misconduct. Post-exam duties: Collect answer sheets, unused materials, and attendance logs; report any irregularities. Minimum Qualification: Graduate Age: 21+ Fluent in Hindi & English Basic computer knowledge Punctual, professional, and dependable Available for early morning shifts (from 5:00 AM), 12 hour shifts & weekends
