EXAM INVIGILATORS – SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN THE PRESTON AREA

Are you looking for a rewarding role in education? Do you have experience working in schools or a passion for supporting students during their exams? Spencer Clarke Group are currently recruiting for Exam Invigilators for secondary schools in the Preston area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team and play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and fair exam process.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience working in schools is preferred, but not essential
  • Must have an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS Certificate on the update service or be willing to pay for a new certificate
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and reliable, with a commitment to supporting students

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise students during exams to ensure they follow the correct procedures
  • Ensure exam conditions are maintained, including the security and integrity of the exam materials
  • Assist in the setting up and clearing down of the exam room
  • Respond to any queries from students while maintaining a calm and professional environment
  • Report any issues or irregularities to the exams officer
