QUALIFICATIONS:

• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Customer service experience is an asset
• Proven accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work as a part of a team or alone as required
• Able to accurately follow predetermined instructions
• Reliability and punctuality are essential
• Available to work outside of normal business hours and comfortable spending long periods of time pacing, standing, or sitting.

THE ROLE:

We are seeking dependable and customer-focused Exam Invigilators to join our team in Richmond. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-orientated, and capable of working in a fast-paced testing environment. Shifts are scheduled on an as-needed basis and we are currently looking for invigilators who are available to work on weekdays and on weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Setting up test rooms and equipment at the venue as required
• Checking in and out test taker’s personal belongings
• Administering and invigilating tests
• Cleaning up after tests
• Other duties as required
