Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

An opportunity has arisen for an Examinations & Assessment coordinator. You will report to the Head of Examinations & Assessment, and work alongside seven Examinations & Assessment Managers to assist in the organisation of examinations within the Business School.

WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING

The role includes working across 7 Exams Managers and assisting with the organisation of examinations in the Business School. We have exams almost every month so this a busy role, mainly consisting of:

  • Assisting with the digital/online and on campus exam processes, timetables and marking procedures
  • Responsibility for data collection, and keeping records up-to-date
  • Assisting with the allocation and training of invigilators
  • Managing the examinations archive
  • Manage prize certificates
  • Working with online digital, and in-person, exam delivery and marking systems
