A DAY IN THE LIFE In this role, you will… · Process and review title reports to meet company and lender requirements. · Collect Real Estate Tax Data from County Web Sites. · Conduct Searches using Title Data, Title Point or County Websites to locate all documents pertaining to the property and owners. WHO YOU ARE You possess … · A penchant for excellence. You will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our quality standards. · Prior Tittle Examination/Search Experience. · The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, especially the ability to work in multiple systems at once. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · The ability to quickly learn new skills, processes and procedures. Responsibilities · Review real estate title reports pursuant to company guidelines for approval or rejection · Research and resolve discrepancies · Maintain accurate individual records and logs · Review all documentation for accuracy · Knowledge of State Requirements. · Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely manner · Review work-in-progress reports to ensure completion · Maintain open communication with other team members and team leader · Proficient with ServiceLink operating systems and internal search engines · Adhere to company policies and procedures · Meet minimum production goals and quality requirements as set by management · Perform all other duties as assigned Qualifications · High School diploma or equivalent required. · Typing/Data Entry skills, minimum 45 wpm with 95% accuracy · Prior Tittle Examination/Search Experience. · Proficiency with personal computers · Knowledge of real estate terminology · Possess good communication customer skills
