We’re looking for an experienced machine operator to work on swales, foundations, and site formation using 14–20T machines.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Operate 14–20T machines safely and efficiently
• Dig strip foundations and work on swales
• Excellent eye for finished works: topsoil, levelling muck, type 1, crush, road formation
• Confident lifting and using trench boxes, manhole boxes, drag boxes, and trench sheets
• Read levels and drawings accurately
• Follow dig permits and work safely around live services
• Carry out pre-start checks, daily greasing, basic maintenance, and keep machines clean

Cards & Qualifications Required:

• CPCS/NPORS Excavator +/- 10T Tracked
• CPCS Lifting Ops/NPORS Excavator as Crane

• Reliable and punctual
• Team player, supporting project delivery
• Right to work in the UK
