Municipal Construction Ltd. specializes in asphalt & aggregate production, paving, and road building & rehabilitation.
We are currently hiring a seasonal Excavator Operator to complete various projects, such as, guiderail installation and removal, riprap installation, and ditching. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE ON VARIOUS SIZES OF EXCAVATORS, INCLDUING MINI EXCAVATORS.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, specifically with excavators.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance and repairs on machinery.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting while also being self-motivated.

Experience:

• Excavator: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: On the roa

• Guide rail and post removal and installation.
• Riprap installation.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to understand project specifications and timelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment during operation.
