EXCAVATOR OPERATOR

Peaco Plumbing & Excavations is seeking a skilled and experienced Excavator & Skid Steer Operator to join our growing civil construction team in Berwick and the surrounding South-Eastern suburbs. We’re looking for a motivated individual with a strong commitment to safety and a solid work ethic. As a key part of our team, you’ll be a versatile operator working on a variety of civil construction projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Safely and efficiently operating excavators and skid steers of various sizes.
• Performing final trim, tight access, and service digging with precision.
• Proficiently handling trenching and digging on grade.
• Conducting pre-start checks and routine maintenance on equipment.
• Working from drawings, markers, and verbal instructions to meet project specifications.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Collaborating effectively with the site foreman, other operators, and ground crew.
