OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to perform various tasks related to excavation, grading, and construction. This role requires a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation and a commitment to safety on the job site. The Excavator Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively. Pay will be based on level of experience.

SKILLS

  • Proficient in heavy equipment operation, specifically excavators, loaders, and skid steers.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining machinery.
  • Experience in commercial driving is preferred for transporting equipment when necessary.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with Caterpillar machinery is a plus.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, including paving and digging techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
