What You’ll Do:
Manage, update, and maintain client data in Excel and CRM systems
Use Excel formulas like VLOOKUP, IF, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, and more to simplify and organize data
Clean up, sort, filter, and format large datasets for easy understanding
Ensure accuracy with zero typos or data entry errors
Support the department with regular and custom data reports
What We’re Looking For:
Strong Excel skills – formulas, functions, sorting, filtering, etc.
Experience using CRM tools (training can be provided)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work quickly, independently, and meet deadlines
A proactive mindset to simplify processes and improve data clarity
