REQUIREMENTS
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support or technician role
Strong understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common business applications
Knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting
Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or as part of a team

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues across the organization .
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
