EXCEPTION CONTROL SPEC I Application Deadline: 15 August 2026 Department: 13S5- Fort Lupton Shared Employment Type: Full Time Location: Fort Lupton Shared Compensation: $20.50 - $21.50 / hour Description GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for reconciling various general ledger accounts for verification and control purposes. Reviews and monitors exception reports and return mail. Assists internal and external customers, as needed. COMPENSATION: $20.50 - $21.50 Hourly APPLY ONLINE:https://www.bankofcolorado.com/careers RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Provides customer service and support for external and internal customers regarding inquires and problem resolution. Reconciles and complete entries for third-party funding accounts. Performs daily balancing and reviews of teller/vault accounts and limits; and works with the branch managers on resolution of offages. Conducts daily ATM entries serviced by armored car. Reviews exceptions reports and follow-up on findings. FR 2900 Stop Pay and Non post review Call surprise audits Review new Positive Pay – Cashier’s Checks Backup withholding processing Bulk Tin review Assist with unclaimed property Review Forward Mail and sends letters to customers Performs other duties as assigned by management. Regular and reliable attendance. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of bank operations and information systems. Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles. Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software. Ability to communicate effectively with management, customers, and co-workers. Ability to pay close attention to detail and work with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. Ability to create an organized, efficient work environment. Ability to work under pressure of deadlines. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school graduate or equivalent with previous banking experience or equivalent work experience. Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling:25-49% Must be able to obtain files. Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: 50-74% Must be able to lift and put away supplies.
