Certified Exceptional Abilities Instructor Needed! Our organization is seeking a committed and skilled Special Education Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will support learners with a wide range of abilities and instructional needs, ensuring they have the tools, guidance, and encouragement required to grow academically and socially. You will work closely with teachers, school leaders, and families to design and deliver individualized education plans (IEPs) that reflect each student’s strengths, goals, and areas of support. Collaboration will be central to your work as you help coordinate services, share insights, and ensure a consistent, student-centered approach across all learning environments. As an advocate for students with exceptional needs, you will cultivate a classroom culture that embraces diversity and fosters confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging. Your responsibilities will also include implementing behavior supports and proactive interventions that reinforce positive skill development and contribute to students’ emotional and behavioral success. Requirements The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, along with previous experience teaching in special education or a related capacity. A bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field is required, while a master’s degree is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to student-centered learning and inclusive education practices.
