Middle School Special Education Teacher Full-Time | 2025–2026 School Year | Minnesota Our Organization is looking for a driven and student-focused Special Education Teacher to join our middle school team for the 2025–2026 school year. In this full-time role, you’ll help create an inclusive learning experience where every student can grow academically, emotionally, and socially. Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking an adaptable, empathetic educator who thrives in a team setting and approaches challenges with creativity and problem-solving. Prior experience supporting students with learning or behavioral differences is a strong plus. Role at a Glance: Lead the development, implementation, and management of IEPs. Help create inclusive, engaging learning environments where all students can succeed. Monitor student progress toward individualized goals and adjust instruction as needed. Collaborate closely with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers. Provide direct instruction and targeted interventions for middle school students with diverse learning needs. Deliver meaningful academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support to learners receiving special education services. Requirements Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities. Valid Minnesota teaching license with a Special Education endorsement.
