Responsibilities:

DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Proven record for supporting and managing corporate Exchange environments, including Spam filtering solution
  • Proven record for supporting and managing Teams environment. Experience in Teams telephony is a plus.
  • Experience in managing an Office365 tenant (Global admin role); ability to work with other teams that use Office365 resources and services; broad range of experience on the tools that Office365 offers, and usage scenarios for these tools
  • Experience with supporting mobile clients in the Office365 ecosystem.
  • Excellent scripting knowledge (Powershell) for various purposes in Office365 environment
  • Knowledge of the functions, operation and mission of the IT department with an emphasis on end user’s experience
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English a requirement, German, Spanish, Hungarian, Dutch, Portugese, Italian, and/or Chinese a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to participate in and contribute to a global workforce
  • Evidence of the ability to practice a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to work effectively across many global locations and cultures
  • Self-motivated requiring minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast pace environment with many changes

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  • BS Computer Sciences, MIS, or equivalent

Purpose and Summary of position:

  • ensure healthy and compliant messaging environment, both on-premises and in the cloud
  • ensure healthy, compliant, and well performing Teams environment
  • Provide expertise regarding technical capabilities and solution support to ensure high quality and successful project activities and internal customers related to: Office365 tenant admin, go-to-person, consult other teams,
  • Collaborate with colleagues across all business functions to foster engagement and inclusion providing enterprise-wide solutions and improvements
  • Provide transition services and knowledge management to other IT support teams
  • support and/or lead initiatives and projects in the team’s areas of responsibilities
  • being innovative, keeping up with trends in the market place
  • work with other teams for user adoption, training and documentation
