REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERTISE

  • Deep knowledge of Exchange Server 2013/2016/2019 architecture.
  • Proven experience in Exchange migrations.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administrative tasks.
  • Deep knowledge of Exchange Server 2013/2016/2019 architecture.
  • Experience with mailbox databases, transport services, and high availability.
  • Familiarity with Exchange Management Shell (PowerShell).
  • Strong understanding of Exchange Online architecture.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 admin center, Exchange admin center, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Knowledge of Exchange Online Protection (EOP) and Defender for Office 365.
  • Experience setting up and managing Hybrid Exchange environments using the Hybrid Configuration Wizard (HCW).
  • Understanding of mail flow coexistence, free/busy sharing, and hybrid identity models (e.g., AAD Connect, Pass-through Authentication, SSO).
  • Proficiency in Staged migrations.
  • Strong experience with other Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, OneDrive and MS Teams.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work on Exchange migration projects from planning to execution.
  • Utilise PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks and enhance the efficiency of Microsoft 365 implementations.
  • Provide expert consulting services to clients on Exchange and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Microsoft 365 solutions with existing On-Premises infrastructure, such as Active Directory, servers, network, EUC, and applications.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Exchange and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft 365 and Exchange technologies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects and fulfillment of client requirements.
