Description

Our affectionate term for this role is our Client Happiness Officer.
It’s their job to ensure that our clients are always delighted with the experience of selling their home. Our valuer will hand over the client to the ‘Delivery’ team once the instruction has been received. This then triggers the styling photoshoot, description copywriter, sale board, floorplan, brochure design, and visual branding if appropriate. Once all the marketing has been approved and the clients have been checked through our Anti-Money Laundering protocol, the home is ready to go live, and the Client Executive will ensure every element is exactly as planned. Once the home is live on the portals, the Client Executive is responsible for conducting the viewings, gathering feedback from the viewings and relaying this to the owner. They’ll negotiate any offers and draw up the Memorandum of Sale/Lettings.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

You’ll be helping to guide each property marketing project to success and navigating any challenges along the way. As the ‘hands-on’ person for the project, you’ll work closely with our Client Executive Assistant and the delivery team to bring each project to fruition, and ensure every property marketing campaign is the best we’ve ever created. You’ll then manage that property through the sale process.
We’d love to find someone who’s had experience in delivering world-class customer service and who not only has a positive ‘can do’ approach, but a ‘will-do’ determination. You’ll need to be talented at juggling lots of different tasks and working out the best way to overcome problems as well as being great at working with people.
World-class training is provided and no experience in the industry is required.
