Title: Exciting Opportunity - Join Our Dynamic Team as a Senior Risk Management Consultant!
Our client is continuously expanding and is currently seeking a Senior Risk Management Consultant to join a dynamic team of experts with extensive experience in risk management activities in the investment fund, banking, and other financial markets.
Your Role:

Within the risk management team, you will serve banks and investment firms through various ad hoc or recurring assignments, including but not limited to:

• Providing expertise in risk management.
• Offering secondment to support the risk management function in daily tasks, ongoing monitoring, and reporting of risks.
• Contributing to risk management-related projects and defining tailor-made solutions for clients.
• Conducting gap analyses against local and European regulations on specific or global risk management-related topics.
• Providing expertise/internal support to other departments at HACA Partners on risk management topics.

Delivering training on risk management topics for a diverse audience, among other responsibilities

Your Profile:

• Master’s degree from a university or business school in Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in a bank, investment firm, consultancy firm (Big 4, etc.), or other financial institutions.
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn.
• Experience and expertise in banking risk management activities. A good understanding of the following topics is mandatory:
• Basel Regulation (CRR I and II).
• ICAAP, ILAAP, Risk Appetite Framework guidelines, and best practices.IRRBB.
• Liquidity risk-related issues.
• Ability to report to client or HACA Partners’ executives with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English and French (any other language is an asset).
• Any certifications held are an advantage
