The ideal candidate will be driven, proactive, and capable of handling end-to-end recruitment independently Key Responsibilities: Source and recruit candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, etc.), databases, and networking. Manage the full recruitment cycle for US clients screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers. Understand client requirements in the automotive/aerospace domain.
