Description
The Mission Translate your acute clinical expertise into an extraordinary lifestyle. We are exclusively retaining a world-class nursing professional to provide meticulous, 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP aboard an elite private superyacht. This is a rare opportunity to practice medicine at the highest conceivable standard while navigating the ultimate luxury landscape. You will safeguard our principal’s health as the vessel cruises a bespoke Mediterranean circuit—dropping anchor near the rugged beauty of Sardinia, the historic harbors of Valletta, and the legendary waters of St. Tropez. The Team At this echelon of private care, you are enveloped by excellence. You will become a vital pillar within a high-net-worth medical entourage. Your daily clinical environment is directed by a resident Lead British Doctor, working in perfect synchronicity with dedicated Physiotherapists and an elite, Western-trained nursing team. The Safety Elite performance requires elite recovery. To guarantee zero compromises on patient safety and to protect our medical staff from fatigue, we mandate a strict double-nurse shift system. This ensures a seamless continuum of care for our VIP while keeping you sharp, rested, and clinically exact. Requirements Clinical & Professional Requirements This high-stakes, high-reward rotation is reserved for professionals who meet our uncompromising standards: Education: A Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is an absolute requirement. Experience: 4+ years of recent, high-intensity clinical practice strictly within ICU, ER, or A&E environments. Communication: Native or C1 equivalent English fluency, alongside the supreme emotional intelligence required for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) private care. Benefits The Compensation & Lifestyle Package We offer a remuneration structure designed to reward top-tier acute talent: Salary: £60,000 per annum (Tax-Free). Living Arrangements: Premium en-suite quarters aboard the vessel, providing a luxurious sanctuary during your off-hours. Leave: 30 days of annual leave to disconnect and recharge. Expenses: 100% of your global travel, culinary, and day-to-day living expenses are completely covered. The Process We respect the time constraints of active trauma and critical care nurses. To ensure utmost discretion and flexibility, the preliminary interview phase will be managed entirely through our secure online platform.
