Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a passionate Exclusive Services Agent to join our team for 2026. Duties & Responsibilities Act as the person of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements Understand the guests’ needs by offering personalized services, with attention to detail and unique guests’ experiences Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations Plan and sell transportation, excursions, cruises and other travel services. Provide relevant information, brochures and publications to guests Deal with day-to-day work routine and complaints handling Enter data into our software and maintain guest files Cooperate with tour operators Take and distribute messages or mail and redirect calls Maintain statistical and financial records Excellent communication skills Ability in multitasking and time-management Strong sales skills and commercial awareness Promotional techniques Operational skills Flexibility Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation Qualifications Proven experience as an Sales Agent, Reservations Agent or a Guest Services role Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus Knowledge of a PMS or other CRM software will be valued accordingly Excellent knowledge in computer programs such as MS Office Degree in hotel management or relevant field will be a plus Competitive remuneration package Dynamic & highly professional environment Career development opportunities Room accommodation & meal plan provided
