Job Description
DACH HR LEADER
This role is based in our Munich office and will require flexibility to travel across our network in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

As the DACH HR Leader and Germany HRBP Leader, you will play a critical role in leading our HR team, partnering directly with the business, and overseeing a large and diverse HR function.
Your primary responsibilities will be to serve as the strategic HR Partner to the German Subsidiary & Lead our Human Resources Team in DACH (Germany, Austria & Switzerland). As part of these responsibilities, you will provide HR partnership to all the Leaders across the enterprise.
Drawing on your expertise and experience, you will develop and drive HR strategies and plans that align with our business objectives. This will span human and animal health, research, manufacturing, and commercial activities. As the HR Strategic Partner, you will coach, provide guidance and support organizational talent development, diversity and inclusion strategies, talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, restructuring, change management, leader effectiveness, performance management, compensation and rewards, and escalated employee relations issues. Additionally, you will act as an employee champion and change agent, seeking to implement integrated HR solutions that address the unique needs of our business and organization. Critical to success will be having insight and curiosity for our diverse business and translating those into actions pertaining to our people, culture and organization.
To ensure the success of our HR function, you will collaborate closely with the broader HR team, both at the regional and global level. This will involve leading and overseeing our Human Resources Team in DACH region (Germany, Austria & Switzerland. You will work in close partnership with HR COEs such as Compensation & Benefits, Global Talent, Diversity Equity and Inclusion, and HR Operations to deliver value-added services that reflect the business objectives of our organization.
Reporting to the AVP, Head of Europe & Canada HR, you will have the accountability and authority to drive HR initiatives and make a significant impact in our DACH HH business and also HR in the markets within scope.
