Responsibilities Develop and implement product positioning and messaging strategies to clearly articulate product value propositions. Define competitive differentiation to distinguish products in the market and support sales and marketing alignment. Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive efforts in generating and closing business opportunities. Lead product planning and execution throughout the entire product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product requirements. Work cross-functionally with sales, and support teams to meet revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Conduct comprehensive market assessments to evaluate feasibility and potential for new product positioning, including analysis of market trends and competitor SWOT. Chair and facilitate cross-functional launch committees, coordinating procedures and schedules for successful new product launches. Introduce and promote new products to sales ensuring effective communication of product benefits. Identify potential market segmentation needs and plan targeted product promotion activities accordingly. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, including market attack plans and targeted market approaches. Monitor and compile monthly product performance reports, incorporating sales data and organizational feedback to ensure competitiveness and profitability. Analyze data and recommend strategic actions for continuous improvement and effective countermeasures. Track and evaluate the effectiveness of product strategies and promotional activities. Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, up-to-date, and consistent across internal and external platforms. Conduct product training sessions to educate sales teams and stakeholders on product values and features. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to organize webinars, events, and other promotional activities. Manage vendor relationships, including negotiations on new products, updates, pricing, and contracts. Oversee day-to-day sales operations such as order processing and handling product inquiries. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management to support business objectives.
