E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Execution Branch Chief to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO in support of the North American Aerospace Defense Command. NORAD is a United States and Canada bi-national organization charged with the missions of aerospace warning, aerospace control and maritime warning for North America. Aerospace warning includes the detection, validation, and warning of attack against North America whether by aircraft, missiles, or space vehicles, through mutual support arrangements with other commands. Requirements Job Description: The Execution Branch Chief will play a critical role in supporting the objectives of delivering capabilities for the ITW/AA system under the NISSC II contract. This position oversees project and agile development activities, ensures comprehensive testing, and coordinated delivery. The role requires focus on ensuring smooth project execution, effective communication, and collaboration across the Sustainment Team, government customers, and executive leadership. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational skills, project management expertise, and the ability to manage multiple efforts while delivering on time, within budget, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.: Lead, plan, and organize a major technological department within a large group, ensuring alignment with company objectives and goals. Responsible for managing the budget and controlling costs associated with the projects performed within the NISSC II contract. Provide strategic guidance and direction over all projects and agile efforts. Assign personnel to appropriate projects and initiatives, considering individual strengths and team dynamics. Review and assess the performance and results of projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing among team members. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, ensuring the department remains at the forefront of technological innovation. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations and ensure the department's services meet or exceed those requirements. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management regarding project activities, performance, budget, and future plans. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 14 years of general experience; Master’s and 12 years of general work experience; Doctorate and 10 years of general work experience. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or management field Must have 8 years of directly related experience Must have 10 years of experience working in a management or leadership role Must have experience as a Deputy Directory, Division Lead, or Senior Project Manager in a large organization supporting IT functions. Must have a strong technical background and understanding of IT systems, software development, network services, cyber security, systems administration, and related areas.
