Job Title Execution Engineer II or III Compensation Completions Engineer II (1099 Rate) $99.85/hr (Base) $1,600 per travel day (2 travel days) $75/day per diem Completions Engineer III (1099 Rate) $112.33/hr (Base) $1,800 per travel day (2 travel days) $75/day per diem Location Houston Campus – ROC Schedule 14/14 Target Start Date ASAP Scope Main Functions Prepare detailed engineering designs and coordinate all phases of planning and completing a well Ensure geological and reservoir objectives are met while maintaining the highest standards of engineering integrity, safety, and environmental protection Develop well designs and plans optimized for cost, performance, and investment efficiency Provide technical review and support to drilling team designs and operations Evaluate and progress new technologies, including potential subsea applications Tasks and Responsibilities In addition to Level I responsibilities, Level II/III will: Work closely with safety, environmental, and field operations personnel to optimize safety performance Support new completions and workovers, including execution of timing projects Perform post-evaluation of capital projects and manage financial accruals related to timing projects Act as liaison/interface engineer with joint venture partners Identify opportunities to improve completions technology application, reducing cost and improving efficiency Prepare cost analyses and estimates for completions; partner with drilling teams on cost planning Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline Broad knowledge of completions design, equipment, operations, standards, and specifications (including potential subsea systems) Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and shifting priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong technical communication skills (written and verbal English) Top Qualities BS degree in Petroleum, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Experience or interest in Artificial Intelligence is a plus Prior completions experience with an operator or service company frac engineering background Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills Ability to analyze data and clearly present findings
