YOUR CHALLENGE General description The Execution Services Specialist is a key member of the Execution (Asia) - Listed Products & SP team in Singapore, responsible for execution of listed and structured products. In this role, the primary responsibilities include ensuring the fast and accurate quoting and execution of equities, exchange traded derivatives and structured product orders, while managing operational risks. The individual shall provide a high quality of service to the Bank’s Direct Access Clients (DACs) and provide market insights if/where required. Further, the individual shall also have regular dialogues with the front representatives to be kept abreast of client needs/demands to help ensure that the products and services offered to clients remain relevant and competitive. The Execution Services Specialist reports to the Head of Execution (Asia) – Listed Products & SP. Key features of the position People management Contribute to the strengthening of the team spirit and the fostering of a collaborative work environment Build highly impactful relationships with global and regional stakeholders across functions in the Bank Client management (internal & external) Ensure the timely and accurate quoting, execution, and booking of equities, exchange traded derivatives and structured product trade orders, while managing operational risks effectively Render a high quality of service to equities DACs Regularly consult with front representatives to be kept updated of clients’ needs/demands and take appropriate measures to fulfil them, where relevant Support Relationship Managers in client meetings, where relevant Business management Support the team’s financial and strategic objectives and operational goals, driving business outcomes and results Identify opportunities to enhance functional efficiency and productivity, proposing process improvements and workflow optimisations, where relevant/appropriate Maintain and update stored equities DACs information regularly Regulatory responsibilities &/or risk management Meet all legal, regulatory, and compliance standards/requirements Adhere to the standards and expectations outlined in the relevant user manuals and guidelines Demonstrate appropriate values and behaviours including, but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations YOUR PROFILE Personal & social Able to work independently and in a global team setup to take on initiatives with a positive attitude Client-centric approach for all deliverables Able to quickly troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions Fast learner and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines Good communication/coordination skills to deal with different levels of stakeholders Drive for results with good judgement and ability to work under pressure Professional & technical Relevant higher educational and professional background in finance, economics, business administration, or related field 8-10 years of relevant working experience, specifically in executing listed products and structured products Ability to provide advisory to the business Strong understanding of the use of electronic pricing tools and dealing systems Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with fluency in English Strong commercial judgement, business acumen and a broad understanding of the financial markets and products Regulatory MAS licensed representative CACS 1 & 2, FMRP, RES 12B, CM-EIP and CM-SIP, or CM-CMP Familiarity with regulatory expectations and requirements Understanding of cross border rules and regulations We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
