POSITION OVERVIEW This role primarily involves refurbishing used machines returned by customers, as well as providing onsite service at customer locations. RESPONSIBILITIES Checks used machine return from customer and propose if it can be used for refurbishment or not Do refurbishment by replace broken or end of life parts, reset parameter, format HDD, erase customers on machine, check and adjust to have best print quality, clean machine, upgrade firmware, wrapping and keep it in warehouse for selling/lending Update machine status on system, update new machine information with cost, part replaced, picture taken from machine Weekly/monthly report machine status to manager/ another team Monthly report to EMS team about used part Task onsite support in case lack of CSE Cannibalize part and send to CSE when there is a requirement Cannibalize disposal machine Minimize part usage as much as possible to reduce refurbishing cost REQUIREMENT Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, specifically involving technical support for copiers and printers. Intermediate or college degree in electrical or electronic engineering or a related field. Strong sense of responsibility. Detail-oriented and tidy. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively within a team.
