Job Description Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Account Assistant to support our executive and client management teams. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will play a critical part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, assisting with account coordination, and supporting executives in achieving business objectives. Responsibilities Provide administrative and organizational support to executives and account managers. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and client communications. Manage scheduling, meetings, and correspondence with clients and stakeholders. Track deadlines, deliverables, and project progress to ensure timely completion. Support client account management by coordinating tasks and maintaining accurate records. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, assistant, or account coordination role. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment. Additional Information Benefits Competitive salary: $57,000 – $64,000 annually.
