Key Responsibilities Monitor customer orders across departments to ensure timely completion and delivery. Follow up on sales order fulfilment and update customers on order status and progress. Prepare, review, and manage quotations and related documentation. Liaise with existing and potential customers to strengthen business relationships. Prepare monthly sales reports and track project milestones and deliverables. Maintain and enhance long-term relationships with key customers. Requirements Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales administration — experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP System is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels. Excellent planning, organizational, and follow-up skills. Proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
