Role and responsibilities Monitor progress of customer orders with inter departments to ensure the completion of projects or PO and on time delivery. Follow up closely on sales order fulfilment and update customer order requirements and progress. Meeting with existing & potential customers. Prepare, review and administer the quotation. Prepare monthly sales report, track project milestones and deliverables. Responsible for maintaining the key customers relationship. Qualifications Degree holder or equivalent qualification from any discipline. Minimum 2 years of customer service/ EMS/CM /sales admin support experience from manufacturing environment will be advantage. Knowledge of computer literate (Microsoft office) & SAP System (advantage). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to establish good relationships with all levels of people. Good planning and follow up skills. Proactive, aggressive, and pleasant attitude.
