What You’ll Be Doing: As an Executive Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted advisor and primary contact for some of our most important clients. Your mission: to strengthen relationships, deliver exceptional service, and uncover opportunities that drive mutual growth Requirements Your Day-to-Day Will Include: Building and nurturing long-term strategic partnerships with high-value clients Educating clients on industry trends, DCM’s offerings, and best practices Leading cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that exceed expectations Using data and tools like Salesforce and JIRA to manage performance and opportunities Representing DCM at key industry events and client meetings Driving retention, upselling, and re-engagement strategies with inactive accounts Identifying growth opportunities and partnering with leadership to pursue them Collaborating with internal stakeholders to anticipate and resolve client issues Leading user testing and product enhancement feedback initiatives What You Bring to the Table: 2–4 years of client or customer relationship management experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences Strong communication and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Experience managing projects and cross-functional collaboration Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Salesforce experience is a plus Familiarity with probate, financial services, or receivables management is a bonus #DCMHP1
