JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Executive Account Manager (EAM) is tasked with driving order and sales growth across the GE HealthCare (GEHC) portfolio by influencing investment levels and increasing GEHC’s market share in Germany.
The EAM will establish and nurture business relationships with key executives to develop and implement long-term plans. The assigned accounts are typically large, multi-site, market-leading, and highly strategic health systems, academic institutions, large private/public chains, and Group Purchasing Organizations.
The EAM is responsible for proactively developing and executing a comprehensive GE HealthCare Sales strategy that leverages the strength of GE HealthCare’s extensive portfolio of products, services, and solutions to drive and secure significant, strategic, cross-P&L customer purchases.
The EAM will report to the Germany Leadership team and will be part of a global network of Executive Account Managers.
At GE HealthCare, our machines, our software, our solutions, our services, and our people make a genuine difference to medical professionals and patients all over the world. That’s because we never lose sight of what healthcare really needs—the human touch.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales, orders, and margin targets for GEHC sales within assigned strategic clients while managing costs within budget.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with clients to add value beyond the point of sale.
  • Develop a business plan and strategy to create new business opportunities for all GEHC products and services.
  • Continuously develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understand their initiatives and priorities, and keep GEHC Region Manager, Zone Manager, and Product business leaders informed and involved.
  • Establish and enhance executive-level relationships with clients by resolving issues responsively and addressing customer needs by integrating all appropriate GEHC resources. Promote service offerings to identify and escalate commercial service needs to drive customer NPS.
  • Build and leverage strong internal relationships within the EAM Network and the local sales team.
  • Facilitate comprehensive offerings and pricing for large projects in collaboration with the GEHC Regional commercial operation and Healthcare Partners teams.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with commercial contracts in accordance with GEHC policies (invoicing, revenue recognition, sourcing, cash collection).
