B-Line is a family owned and operated Canadian company currently in our 40th year in business offering career advancement opportunities in a collaborative and team oriented culture.
B-Line has experienced positive growth and has recently acquired a new head office and warehouse facility in west Edmonton. The management team is looking to add some administrative assistance to help facilitate growth and continue to improve.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting management with communication and scheduling.
  • Research and data collection to aid in managerial decision-making.
  • Assisting to coordinate key projects and events.
  • Supporting various departments with administrative tasks such as invoice entry or inventory receiving.
  • Helping to pre-screen potential candidates for new hires.

Requirements Include:

  • High school degree or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Administrative/clerical experience
  • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office products.
  • High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.

The ideal candidate will be motivated and driven with the ability to take initiative and contribute to a variety of areas in the business.
