JOB SUMMARY:

The Executive Admin provides essential administrative support to the DX Tech & Digital team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone with established administrative skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is looking to deepen their experience in business support functions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Prior experience supporting technology or digital teams.
  • Knowledge of Disney policies and procedures.
    The hiring range for this position in Glendale California is $52,000-$62,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with SAP and Concur or similar systems.

Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for team activities.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports using SAP and Concur.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for digital and physical records.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory as a casual buyer.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks for new team members (e.g., equipment requests, access setup).
  • Support meeting preparation including agenda creation, note-taking, and follow-up tracking.
  • Handle routine correspondence and distribute incoming communications appropriately.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
  • Provide backup support to other administrative staff as needed.
