JOB SUMMARY

Chief Isaac Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative support to the CEO and executive leadership. This role ensures seamless day-to-day operations by managing schedules, handling communications, coordinating meetings, and maintaining confidential records.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative, or similar role.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other business software.
  • Professionalism: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with executives, partners, and employees.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Liaison Role: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Event Planning: Support corporate events, board meetings, and company-wide initiatives.
