Job Description We are looking for an Executive Admin Manager to serve as the operational anchor for the CEO’s office and the company’s HQ. In this dynamic, global environment, you will report to the Chief of Staff, leading the administrative team, and ensuring that the executive schedule reflects the company’s strategic priorities and enables their execution. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner who understands the effects of schedule changes and proactively provides solutions in a fast-paced setting. Together with the CoS, you will plan and manage the company calendar enabling the company to meet its goals, reflectreflectsreflect its priorities, and provide a a known schedule for the company to base on. Requirements Key Responsibilities Manage complex calendars for the CEO with a deep understanding of organizational priorities. You will be expected to analyze the impact of agenda changes, identify gaps, and propose alternative solutions. Directly manage, mentor, and oversee the administrative team, ensuring high standards of executive support across the CXO level. Ensure required meetings’ preparations, pre-alignment and readiness is done and is reflected in the meeting scheduling and handling. Internal communication partner in drafting and editing executive announcements and HQ updates, managing routines and preparation for company all-hands and divisional meetings. Provide end-to-end logistical support for the CEO’s office and HQ, including budget management, procurement requests, and travel expenses. Manage the company’s donation process end to end, including gathering requests and preparing materials for the committee to communicate with recipients. Requirements Significant experience in senior administration within a global company- Must. Proven experience working directly with Board members and C-Level executives in Israel and abroad- Must. Previous experience in team management- Significant Advantage. High-level English- Must.: ability to manage and operate in an English environment – verbal and written Ability to see the big picture and translate business processes into prioritized, complex time-management strategies.
