The role also involves handling documentation, compliance-related coordination, and supporting sales and marketing teams with administrative needs. Key Stakeholders: Internal Functional HODs, R&D head, Zonal site heads and commercial executives Key Stakeholders: External Vendors, Landlords, Facility management, Government bodies, Audit teams, Happay team, Expense team Reporting Structure Reports to Head HR Experience 1–4 years of experience in an administrative role Prior experience in a pharma, FMCG, or healthcare company is a plus Competencies Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Basic knowledge of vendor management and documentation Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Familiarity with pharma industry practices is an advantage
