Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Administration Intern to support the executive leadership team at CAFB. The intern will report to the Special Assistant to the CEO and have a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in high-level administrative operations and c-suite support within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about food security, nonprofit leadership, and social impact. Responsibilities include assistance with administrative tasks and special projects. This position requires fundamental writing, technical, and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to represent the executive office in a professional manner. Essential Functions: Support the Special Assistant to the CEO in a variety of administrative tasks related to the executive office and leadership team including but not limited to: Updating documents, data entry and systems requests Meeting materials (e.g., printouts, agendas) Office supplies and inventory Logistics for small meetings and events to including food ordering, assistance with materials and on-site support when possible Work on special projects related to the executive office and relevant organization-wide priorities including but not limited to: Research for internal communications Org-wide data related projects Assistance with standard operating procedures Assistance with PPT presentation development (dependent on skills in this area) Physical office space Position Opportunities: Exposure to executive-level decision-making and strategic operations Interactions with teams across the organization Real-world experience in c-suite administration Networking and mentorship opportunities Qualifications Position Competencies and Qualifications: Interest in, or pursuing a degree or certification in, nonprofit or business administration Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software Strong organizational and time-management skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail Track record for success working with diverse teams to reach a common goal Reporting: Executive Administrator Application Process: Interested applicants must submit a cover letter and resume.
