Position name - Executive – Administration Department - HR Admin Location - Powarkheda, Madhya Pradesh Job Purpose - The executive administrator acts as a trusted partner to the executive team, facilitating efficient communication, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. Responsibilities - • Maintaining and validating Debit record of electricity consumption, Carpenter, Plumbing services at Township. • Sharing Debit inputs of electricity consumption to HR team for payroll inputs • Monthly data for Adani Water supply consumption at Terminal and PFT and Garbage tractor trips. • Allocation of vehicles and maintaining daily log sheet for all shifts. • Monthly COCP connection usage data for processing payment. • Daily courier service Management at both PFT and Terminal both inward and outward and maintaining records. • Toolbox meeting of all for Admin contractors. • End to end logistic arrangements for all events. • Payment follows up with procurement team on daily basios for pending vendor payments. • Stationary requirement from function, indenting and distribution. • Maintaining township allotment records. • Aligning vendors for AMC • Fortnightly Coordinating vendor for pest control at Terminal and PFT. • Raising PRs for monthly admin procurement activities. • Procurement of pantry material from local vendors. • Oversee facilities services and maintenance. • Make sure the vendor contracts related to Administration are in place. • Repair & Maintenance activities of Offices. • Guest Management. • Processing of Vendors Monthly invoices. • Vendor management. • Canteen Management. • Vehicle Management Qualifications & competencies - • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with project management methodologies. • Knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques. • Stakeholder management. • Adaptability and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
