Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant Job Description This role involves supporting two leaders and 43 team members by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, supporting offsite and morale events, processing expense reports, and handling special projects. The position offers opportunities for professional development and learning within a dynamic and collaborative work environment. Responsibilities Manage and organize calendars with attention to accuracy, timeliness, conflict resolution, and alignment to leaders' priorities. Facilitate travel and expenses for leaders as needed. Collaborate with team admins and business managers to set priorities and ensure preparedness. Partner with peers across the organization to execute a smooth operating model. Plan and support large-scale events including all-hands meetings and morale events. Oversee space management and team moves. Manage distribution and security groups. Create and manage reports, such as headcount reports, as needed. Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Purchase equipment, services, and supplies, and process invoices. Answer policy questions and help troubleshoot issues. Essential Skills Minimum 4 years of experience supporting senior leaders or executives. Minimum 4 years of experience with Outlook calendaring and scheduling. Minimum 4 years of project management experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong multitasking and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 2-4 years' experience in administrative support roles. Previous experience within the organization is a plus, especially with internal applications and the Microsoft Office suite. Work Environment This is an onsite position requiring presence in a large, fast-paced professional office setting five days a week. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $38.00/hr.
