Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly organized and trustworthy Executive & Administrative Assistant to support our Managing Director. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who excels at multitasking, maintains strict confidentiality, and is experienced in both administrative and HR functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing personal and professional support to the MD.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with all sensitive information and personal matters.
  • Manage internal and external communication on behalf of the MD.Handle HR-related tasks such as employee records, onboarding, coordination with payroll and benefits providers, and other administrative HR functions.
  • Coordinate office operations, supplies, and vendors as needed.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
