OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations within the office and facilitating effective communication across departments.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in calendar management using Microsoft Outlook Calendar or similar tools is essential.
  • Familiarity with DocuSign for document signing processes is preferred.
  • Previous personal assistant experience is a plus, showcasing your ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.

Responsibilities
